General Call Information
PICK A CALL TIME: After you've completed your payment, click here to schedule a time. Read below for additional scheduling information.
RECORDINGS: Most session calls are conducted using a teleseminar line for the purpose of recording the call. You will be in a private, 1-on-1 session with Jamie (unless otherwise stated). You will be asked at the start of the call for permission to record the session. Only you will have access to this recording, and it will not be used for any other purpose. The recording will only be available to you to download for five days, and then they are removed. It's recommended that you also take notes in the event of a technical snafu beyond control, in which case no recording is produced. If you decline the recording, note that Jamie will likely not remember at a later time much of what has been said, so it will be up to you to take good notes.
PAYMENT: Click the Paypal button to pay for your session. Your payment must be cleared before you are permitted to schedule the call. Note that Paypal e-checks may take 5-7 days or more to clear. (Best rule of thumb, don't use e-checks.) You may also A) mail a check or money order to: Saloff Enterprises, P.O. Box 339, Edinboro, PA 16412. Your check must be in hand and cleared before you may schedule your call. B) If you do not have Paypal and want to pay by credit card, arrangements can be made to do that over the phone with Jamie. Contact her for more details.
THE CALL IN NUMBER: You will be given the number to call after you schedule your appointment time HERE. First pay for your session, and once payment is cleared, you may schedule the call. You may not schedule time without first making payment. Call times are reserved on a first-come, first-paid basis.
SCHEDULING: When you schedule, read the directions on that page carefully. If for any reason you do not receive your call-in details, contact Jamie. Call times are all Eastern Standard Time (Pennsylvania, USA). Scheduler allows for appointments up to 45 days. If no slots are available, or none of the available slots will work for you, AND you've paid for your call, contact Jamie, who will discuss options with you. Jamie does not do sessions before 9 a.m. or after 9 p.m. In most cases, she does not do sessions on the weekend. If you need to work a call around a lunch break or other event, drop her a note and let her know.
REFUNDS: Call sessions are non-refundable.
NO SHOWS: If for some unforeseen reason you miss your call time, you are permitted one "whoops" and may reschedule. After the first no-show, with the exception of dire circumstances, you forfiet your call money since this time slot has been reserved for you and blocked other callers from using that time slot. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the call. There are no refunds for cancellations, but you may reschedule with any available slot. Note: This may put you weeks later during times when call sessions are heavily loaded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: It is expected that this call will be fun, informative, and at times touching. However, should a caller become unruly, disrespectful, or vulgar, the call will be ended immediately and no refund will be given.
